Our foundations lie in architecture. Established in 1983 by Rajiv and Sabeena Khanna, StudioKIA / RKAPL has shaped the family’s approach to land, buildings and the people who use them.
That experience spans master planning, residential communities, hospitality and mixed-use development, with work across India, the UAE and Maldives. It brings a practical understanding of how ambitious ideas become places that work.
